MILWAUKEE, March 3 Marquette’s regular season finale against Providence College on Saturday at the Bradley Center is sold out. Marquette has established state of Wisconsin single game attendance records twice this season, on January 20 when 18,874 fans turned out to see the Golden Eagles defeat Notre Dame, 67-65, and in its previous home game, on February 18, when 19,007 packed the Bradley Center to watch MU defeat no. 9 Pittsburgh, 84-82. Saturday is the final home game for seniors Joe Chapman, Chris Grimm and Steve Novak. Tip off is set for 1 p.m. /06 |
