MU 74 Pitt 67 in OT

Posted Jan 12, 2013

Marquette made a critical mistake giving Pitt and open three to tie the game at 57 and send it into OT. But in extra five minute period, MU scored 17 points including 6 FTs from Vander Blue and 4 FTs from Todd Mayo in a huge 74-67 win. Both teams played without their PGs as Pitt's Tray Woodall left the game with a concussion in the first half and never returned while MU's Junior Cadougan

missed the 2nd half with a left ankle sprain.
